In this article, you will find options for filtering and searching documents.
Search
The search function allows you to look for documents using various criteria such as the document name, creation date, the member of your organization who generated it, the signer, or even its current status (e.g., waiting for a signature, already signed, or not yet signed by you).
To search, simply:
Click on the magnifying glass icon in the upper left corner of the documents screen to open the search bar.
In the search bar, there are filter options. Select and fill in the fields that correspond to what you are looking for.
After defining your search criteria, click the Search button to start looking for the document.
On this screen, you can request the export of reports to your email in .csv format. The report will include the parameters of your search and the data of the documents displayed on the screen. Simply click Export.
Sidebar Menu
The options displayed in the document filtering sidebar are determined by the permissions assigned to you or your group. All available options are described below and can be accessed here:

Order
Order
You can customize the display of documents using different organization options. Choose the order of items with Ascending/Descending, set the display format to List or Grid, and organize documents by criteria such as Creation Date, Name, or Last Modified.
Ascending/Descending: Sets the order of the items selected in the filter. For example, if you choose "Name" and "Ascending," the documents will appear in alphabetical order.
List/Grid: Choose the visual format in which the documents are displayed.
List: Ideal for large volumes of documents.
Grid: Better for presenting information more clearly.
Creation Date: Sorts documents by the date they were created.
Name: Sorts documents by their name.
Last Modified: Sorts documents by the date of their last modification.

The display of documents on the screen varies according to the selected option:
No Filter: Displays all documents on the screen, regardless of their status.
Signed: Shows only the documents that have already been signed.
Pending: Lists the documents awaiting signatures from others.
That I Haven’t Signed Yet: Displays the documents that are waiting for your signature.

The display of information varies according to the selected option. You can search for specific members and/or groups within the organization's context or view quick and random examples of related people and groups.
