Learn to send documents via email, signature link, SMS and Whatsapp

Written by Felipe do Carmo

We offer various document delivery options for signature, allowing the process to be carried out in the most convenient way for the signer. The available methods include email, signature link, SMS, and WhatsApp. Below, we explain how each of these methods works and how to use them.

1. Email delivery

If you choose to send the document via email, we will automatically send the signature link to the signer’s provided email address. Ensure the address is correct, as it is the means through which the signer will access the document.

2. SMS delivery

With the SMS delivery option, we will send a link directly to the phone number provided for the signer. This allows them to access the document for signature using their mobile device.

3. Whatsapp delivery

With the SMS delivery option, we will send a link directly to the phone number provided for the signer. This allows them to access the document for signature using their mobile device.

4. Signature Link

Unlike the previous options, the signature link is not automatically sent to the signer by us. In this case, a link is generated for the document creator. It is the creator's responsibility to send this link to the respective signer in the most convenient way.

Important: The signature link allows anyone who accesses it to sign the document. Therefore, ensure that only the person who will actually sign has access to it.

How to Select the Delivery Method

On the document creation screen, in the signer’s card, locate the arrow next to the signer’s information (such as email or phone number). Clicking on this arrow will display all the available delivery options:

Simply choose the desired option and ensure the contact information is correct to proceed with the delivery.
