How to change the appearance, content, email template, and add your logo to signature emails

You can customize the email templates sent by Autentique to signers by incorporating your visual identity and making it easier to identify your company

How to create and customize a template

Creating a template

Follow these steps to create or access your email templates:

  1. Log into your Autentique account

  2. Click on your avatar (bottom left corner)

  3. Choose the Emails option

Click on New Template

If you want to edit an existing template, follow the steps, find the desired template, click the three dots, and select Edit

Customizing a template

To customize your template, follow the steps:

  1. Template name: set a name to identify your template

  2. Template type: you can set different types of templates for different situations:

    1. Signature request: email sent to the signer requesting a document signature

    2. Successful signature: confirmation sent to the signer after the signature is completed successfully

    3. Completion notification: notification sent when all signers have completed their signatures on the document

  3. Language: choose between Portuguese or English

  4. Style: select from the available models: Standard, Classic, Business, or Clean

  5. Subject: describe as needed

  6. Sender name: define who will send the email and how the name will appear

  7. Header: add relevant information at the top of the email

  8. Default message: enter a message that will appear in the body of the email

  9. Footer: include additional information, such as your contact details or company website

  10. Customize the visual appearance of the template by adjusting the colors or uploading a header image to better match your company’s visual identity

Applying templates to organization groups

You can set specific templates for each group within your organization. This allows different departments or teams to use customized email templates based on their needs.

To configure the templates, follow these steps:

  1. Access settings:

  2. Select the option Groups

  3. Select the desired group and click on the three dots:

  4. Click in Edit Appearance

  5. Within the group settings, enable Override email appearance and select the desired template.

  6. Click Save.

Email template customization is only available for Professional and Enterprise plans.
