Your personal profile information is shown to others when you create and sign documents. This includes company and personal details, which appear directly on the signed document.
Step-by-Step to Change Your Information
In the side menu, click on Settings.
Then select Personal Information.
Click on Edit.
Update the edited information
Click save to complete the edit
Profile changes directly affect the information displayed on future documents. Documents that have already been signed will retain the data recorded at the time of signing unless they are configured to Keep Signer Data Updated.
