Managing groups and additional costs

Groups are sets of users that share the same permissions, company data, and appearance settings. They are like departments within your company.

Users in a group can access documents and folders assigned to them. When you reach the free group limit, the following message appears when you create a new group:

You have already created all free groups. This group will incur an additional charge of U$ 4.90/month on your plan.

The cost of each additional group will be automatically added to your plan's invoice.

Limits and costs

Regardless of the plan you have, whether it is free or corporate, groups are charged separately.

  • Free: You can create up to 5 groups at no cost.

  • Additional: Each extra group will incur a charge of U$ 4.90/month on your plan.

Note: The "No group" option does not count as one of the five free groups.

Manage your groups or purchase additional groups:

  1. Go to Settings > Groups or;

  2. Click the button below.
