Certain specific features on Autentique require additional validation credits, which can be purchased separately and do not expire. These features rely on external services, such as biometric validations. Due to the extra costs of these services, the credits are not included in the existing plan prices.
The number of documents you can send is determined by your plan (Free or Professional). Credits do not affect the number of documents that can be sent.

The Professional Plan provides additional credits based on the renewal frequency:
Monthly Plan: 20 credits per renewal (20 credits per month).
Annual Plan: 240 credits distributed throughout the year.
